THE SLAG

The wait is finally over and The Slag is ready to be Alabama’s newest destination outdoor concert venue. The Slag will be bringing thousands of people together to share great food, drinks and music. This project has moved forward full steam ahead and tickets are on sale now. This waterfront venue is marked by and built around an iconic rock formation called the Slag. A slag is the matter separated from metals during smelting, which embodies the causal, vivacious, diverse and welcoming atmosphere. Located on the Tennessee river in the charming town of Sheffield Alabama, this venue will bring guests from the greater pickwick lake area and all over the south to enjoy the series of concerts. The Slag is in the process of receiving its finishing touches but note we are eager to turn on the lights, open the doors and welcome everyone to share our incredible venue.
